Synopsis for the far southern California coast

At 2 AM PST, A 1036 MB High was 1000 NM W of Cape Mendocino,
and a 1010 MB low was over Nevada. Onshore flow will increase
through this evening behind a cold front. This will result in
near gale-force winds and hazardous seas late Friday through
Saturday. The winds and swell will subside Sunday and Monday.
