SYNOPSIS FOR SOUTHERN WASHINGTON AND NORTHERN OREGON COAST

Thermal low pressure over the waters will weaken later today
into Wed. Winds will be especially gusty west of the river gaps
in the Coast range today. Low pressure moving north mid-week
will bring a southerly wind reversal, possible gusty winds and
fog/low clouds.
