SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN WASHINGTON AND NORTHERN OREGON COAST

High pressure over the northeast Pacific and thermal low pressure
over southwest Oregon will maintain our northerly wind pattern.
Winds and seas will continue to ease through Tuesday as thermal
low pressure shifts inland.
