SYNOPSIS

A front will shift south across the waters tonight with winds
transitioning to onshore with sea fog and low stratus impacting
the coastal waters. High pressure will dominate northeast of the
waters through Wednesday with onshore flow. Winds shift more
southerly through the end of the week as the high builds east of
the local Atlantic waters.
